It is important that when there seems to be much to do and yet little time to do it that you stop completely what you are doing and take a moment to look around - take a moment to rest. This may be against instinct - after all, when there is so much to be done the last thing you should be doing is nothing. However, if you take the time to rest, you will find that the tasks in hand are all done properly and completed without difficulty - for it was in mental or physical tiredness that they seemed so great and so many. As I have mentioned previously, they will also place themselves in order of importance so that what needs to be achieved at any given time along the path of life will be achieved. Time to reflect and time to 'smell the roses' is just as important; it is more important in fact, for without this time to reflect nothing will get done and nothing will be achieved. More time would then be wasted in worry - and worry also achieves nothing. Do not take on the burdens of others by yourself. You are there to help each other with the larger, more cumbersome burdens, but if a person cannot carry it by themselves they should not expect you to do so for them. Then, if someone crosses your boundaries, learn to say 'no'. This is the efficient way to be for your own sake and theirs - for if they are always receiving too much help, they will not learn and progress. So in that respect, too much help is a hindrance. Do not be always feeling that 'something' should be happening all the time. Eagerness becomes you, but the wisdom is in knowing when to work, when to play and when to rest - when to concentrate on the spiritual and when to concentrate on the material. All these things should be carefully balanced - each in equal proportion to all of the others. And the time to 'smell the roses' is of utmost importance when you feel that you have too much to do. It will help to restore the balance by restoring balance in your mind and balance of energy in your body. Examine carefully the different aspects of your life as you take the time to rest and reflect and that way you will be better able to proceed - knowing that balance and harmony have been restored.

'Til we meet again...
