So once more the world turns and the seasons change. How far along your path have you come? How many spirals upwards have you taken in the passing year? You will undoubtedly have met many obstacles, seen joy, fer, sadness, triumph and loss in that tiem. Which is the most clear in your mind? Which of these comes to the fore as you reflect on all that you have seen, learned and felt in that time? How many times have you allowed your fear to rule - or sadness? How many times have you been able to hang on to the sweet, simple pleasure of joy? Most importantly - what experiences have caused these emotions? How many building bricks for the future have you made from all that you have seen, heard and felt? By building bricks, we mean these lessons and memories that will guide us and help us along our way. By creating memories and building blocks, we can add and adapt our lives. We make building blocks as we are the architects of our own spiritual journey - we are the designers and builders that make it possible - each of us without exception are capable of building beautiful structures and each of us can demolish it again just as easily with destructive thoughts, feelings, actions. Allow yourself the freedom to feel and then dispose of destructive thought and feeling, for it must be acknowledged yet not allowed to become part of the building process. Embrace the feelings of love and happiness that bring forth the creative genius in you that makes your heart shine; your spirit build on beauty and which brings good will and peace to all around you. These creative feelings reach others, enabling them to find the way to build their own spirituality strong and firm. In the gentle archways and contours will you find the way along your path - in the structures around you will you find that together we can be a community - building individually, on our own pathways and yet collectively making neighbourhoods of spirit - an affinity that bonds and cements. Our buildings are of course mobile; they go with us as we progress. As we progress we can continue to elaborate - for in our building our spirit is housed. Our building has a name - it is called the Self. So how does your building appear to you? How will it grow - or shrink - as we leave this year behind and move on into the new year? Build with love and your building will be strong for all that you meet in the coming year. Know that we are with you always, as foreman to your progress, guiding and advising as, brick by brick, these buildings are created.
