Know that each of you without exception is cherished and loved as you would never have believed possible for who you are within and for your place in the world, the tasks you carry out there and for your own unique contribution to life. The love that we send is as always unconditional and has no earthly burdens attached so that it might always bring a lightness to your thoughts and to your heart whenever you are able to feel it. This love is there for all at all times and is around you and within you always. You may not always be aware of it - at times there may apparently be no hope and everything may appear bleak as life's trials weigh you down. At times there may appear to be nowhere to turn and you may feel that you have become trapped within an ever-decreasing cycle of despondency that pulls. This is never the case - in all things there is hope, for nothing is ever entirely black or dark. The light is there waiting for you if you would but open your eyes and accept it into your heart, body and soul. You are much loved and in this love your burdens are shared and you are supported - many hands help you along your way, some carrying you entirely, some providing stability when it is important that you stand and walk on your own two feet. Even at the times when you feel most alone, the love remains and friends are within touching distance and never out of earshot. The love often finds a way of filtering through and once an outlet has been opened, the love that we send becomes all-encompassing, shining brightly. Those who are already aware of it, those who are enveloped or at least allow our love to shine through are those who are best able to pass on the love of spirit in terms of the physical existence. For with unconditional love comes compassion, humility and honesty. They may spread the warmth of the love that they feel as they walk on their own paths, helping those they meet on life's journey who are not already aware of our love though it is there for all to see, or who cannot find the love that they have felt before - 'lost the way' if you will. In this way a chain of humanity grows, the chain becoming stronger with each link forged and joined with the next, allowing strength and unity alongside flexibility. The chain is strong because it is built on the pure and unconditional love that we send to you and which is part of who you are; the love should be shared with others but also with yourself, for it is within yourself that you find the strength to shine and the strength to unite as a link in the chain of being. In all life there is love. It is the core of existence and it makes you unique, for each feels it in their own way. Be open to all possibilities and you will find the love and joy within - for love is of light and light is of love, and if you open yourself to all possibilities your path will radiate light and the signposts to guide you will be easy to see. Let the love that provides the light be a beacon to light your way, for your heart will guide you well. We cherish who you are, who you have been and who you will become. Walk well, tread lightly and know that we are with you always.
