General Advice for Mediums (especially new and struggling mediums)

If you consider human/physical communication it is only 10% verbal.  The rest is in scent (yes, scent - though you may not be aware that you are walking around smelling people, the scent is there to some extent), and is visual.  You also pick a great deal up from the person's aura, energies and vibration.  With clairvoyance, or clairaudience, or whichever of the senses you are using, you do not have the luxury much of the time of the wide range of clues and aids that are used in every-day communication amongst yourselves.  Therefore you have to rely on subtle clues and impressions - whichever of the mediums (no pun intended) you use to speak with us.

Many Mediums are in fact using the 'wrong' method for the individual spirit communicator.  It is, therefore, worth trying each of the different methods in turn - whether you see them as your strengths or your weaknesses (for example, some people will claim that they are clairaudient and not clairvoyant).  Each are capable of all, and tuning in to each takes practice, patience and time.

Even when the correct method has been found, it is still reliant on signals sent by the spirit communicator.  It is when the signals are good as a result of the energy being strong and the vibration being high and/or just right for that communicator that you are going to get the accuracy.  Sometimes though your vibrational energies may not be quite compatible with the communicator - or there may be a reason for the signal to be weak.  In those cases we try many ways of putting our method across and that, coupled with the medium's mind (which will kick in whether we like it or not!!), means that things are often misinterpreted.

Do not be quick to underestimate the accuracy because sometimes it is not due to the above but instead is because the receiver of the message is not thinking on the right wavelength.  Therefore, you give a blue car (for example) that is not accepted, when in fact the message is to do with A car - the colour being irrelevant.  The person on the receiving end must also think 'outside the box' without being too vague and without 'making it fit'.  Because while you are speaking to them and passing our message on, the person's guides are also working on making it sink in and be recognised as relevant information - this is largely why you sometimes get a 'Eureka!' moment in the midst of a largely negative response.

If you tune in to someone's grandfather and think that it is corny that you have a grandfather when they are obviously old enough to have both sets of grandparents in spirit, then you are INSTANTLY dropping the vibration and therefore the communication will not build to the degree of accuracy as it otherwise would.  All mediums are guilty of this at some time or other.  With luck, most learn.

Never forget that each day is a learning process, each movement, each message and each piece of love and light sent from platform is a tick on a sheet of lessons, whether it seems to be a 'good day' or a 'bad day' - whether you are 'wrong' or 'right'.  Each lesson builds to making you the medium that you already are because the potential is already within you - you just need to allow it, like the energies in a congregation, to build up gradually.

We wish you love in your work.  We wish you peace in your work.  Most of all we wish you understanding, humour and honour in your work.  Work with pride.
