All around the world, people are changing, growing and learning. This happens much more frequently and in a more fundamental way than anyone realises. Whether they are within your awareness or not the changes that occur within and around you are happening all the time without pause. Every moment of your lives you are aware – even in a sleep state – and this awareness brings a constant stream of information and knowledge to you all. With this constant awareness and learning comes constant development – in turn itself bringing change and growth. Some of this information will be subconscious – stored away for future use or to ‘drip-feed’ the conscious mind as and when it is required. Other knowledge will be within your awareness, more readily available and more instantly used. Both types of knowledge and learning are of equal value because they contribute equally to who you are, who you once were and who you will become. In each of you there is great potential for future growth – even in the oldest or wisest the potential has barely been touched upon.

The thing to remember is that this wealth of knowledge is to be shared sometimes and retained sometimes. It is not necessary to impart all that you think or know – or even think you know – to all around you. It is better by far to share only that information that is requested, that you are truly drawn to give. Some of the information and knowledge is for your own personal growth and learning. It is but an empty noise to others. Therefore it is best to first hold your counsel but give of wisdom to those who seek some of your own personal knowledge.

It is also important to remember that growth, learning and development take place at this constant rate throughout your spiritual journey. Sow hen you return home to us the development and changes continue. While on Earth the pace is slower as it is less easy to absorb the necessary knowledge with Earthly distractions and impediments.

Although the changes and growth may take you in unexpected, sometimes unwelcome, directions, the changes and learning should be celebrated nonetheless. It is a step forward and a lift upwards and a further raising of your consciousness. The knowledge and growth will serve you well if you allow it. However, this is your free choice. The tools of wisdom and experience are merely presented to each of you to do with as you wish. Guidance can be sought but in the end it will be up to the individual to seize the responsibility of their own development and progression. After all, although we in spirit and others on Earth with you can provide support, assistance and guidance, we cannot by definition walk in your footsteps. For all footsteps are unique to the individual, just as the learning is personal to each one of you.

Allow the ongoing growth within you to be a catalyst for great changes. Each of you are capable of much expansion within a lifetime. The wisdom and knowledge that you need most at this time are assured. You just need to allow yourselves to embrace it.
