In times of trouble, when the path ahead is unclear, it is better by far to go within, rather than search around for answers outside. All that you need for your life's journey, including all that you need to know at any given time is born with you when you make the decision to return to the physical world. The world as you look around at it will hold many answers to many questions and much to help you and support you along the way. Sometimes the correct course of action is to seek these, yet for each fundamental question; each spiritual seeking; each searching question from your very soul, the answers can only be found in that which returned with you at birth. In other matters, when you are seeking answers from the outside world, internal prompting is still a valuable tool to enable you to discern truth, wholesome answers, wider reasoning and the pathway to the next question, next point to be drawn on, next source for answers. Tread gentlsy and softly for, whether the answers are within or without, too much noise and chaos in hastened or trampling steps will muffle anything that you need to hear. In your dreams, when you are absolutely still and quiet, answers can most easily be heard.

If others offer you their wisdom - especially if you have sought it - be respectful. Their truth and understanding may not be the same as yours, but this in itself can bring great learning. There is value and knowledge within every soul that you meet, however briefly, and each is worthy of your respect for they are spirit too - they too have chosen to make this monumental journey of life as you have. At times it can be a tremendous leap of faith, but trust in yourself and your own judgement when respectfully accepting, storing or rejecting the wisdom of others. The key word regardless of the decision is respect. To dismiss the thoughts and words of another off-hand, as one would swat away a fly is to suggest that their words are without value - that they are therfore without value. Never forget that each and every one of you has their own special place - you are all special and you are all loved. Each of you is prompted, guidead and loved every step of you way home. Sometimes when it is hard to hear the wisdom you are offered - or to accept the words of another, consider that perhaps you are not open to them; that there is a part of you that is locked. Regardless of belief, understanding is important - you may not believe what another believes, but to understand those beliefs nonetheless is important. We reach all of you in many different ways in a multitude of degrees of success. Yet we do not give up - we never give anyone up; even if our guidance falls on deaf ears. Nobody is without our support.

From the moment you decide to return to the physical Self, to the moment you return home to us, we take every step as you do; experience as you do; feel energies of all that you do. Every footstep counts and the journey of life is not a race. We have all the time in the world.
