When you send out your healing thoughts and good wishes to your friends and loved ones, whether this be in thought or deed (sending an uplifting message or gift, for example), be sure to take a few extra seconds to extend the thoughts and well wishes to others that you do not know so well. As you gradually extend your thoughts, encompass the world so that your love and healing energies are being sent out to everyone throughout the globe. You might not think that one person's thoughts can make that much difference, but this is not so - after all, even a small difference is still a difference, and when combined with the thoughts and well-wishes of others it truly makes a difference and in such a way, you can begin to heal the world, for its troubles and pains are many. We are always here to help you with this and our combined energies can start to send the love and the healing to the remotest parts of war-torn countries; countries with drought and famine; and the many other people in all of the countries around the globe that need the magic of the love and the healing vibration at this time. It may not manifest itself in ways that are expected or wanted, but it will manifest itself in ways that mean that each receives what they need most at this time, and this will have longer term affects to the good of the individual and to the good of all. The help and the healing are around all the time if you would open your eyes and look - maybe you will have to see things from another angle to find it. But it is there always and it exists for everyone. In the times when you need the healing less, be sure to share it. In the times when you need the healing most, you should also be sure to share it. Remember, as you send out positive, uplifting thoughts to those you deem to need it, that often the ones who seem to need the healing consciousness least are those who need it most - whether they are friend, loved one, or a stranger.
