It might seem that there is never enough time to do everything that you want to do or should do. The day is filled with many things and it is rare that you get the time to slow down or to take a few moments for your self to sit in peace for a while and clear your mind. On the contrary, if you were to make time to take a few minutes to be on your own, away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life; to enjoy a moment without thoughts of what you have to do next invading your mind, then you would find that with the new clarity of mind that this would bring you would be able to deal more efficiently with each task as it arises and would therefore pass time more effectively with that new efficiency. There would therefore be more time to spend in contemplation and all would be clearer and calmer. Mistakes would not so often be made. Stresses and strains would be a distant memory and as a result you would shine. You would be better able to concentrate on each task in hand instead of thinking ahead to the next task as each thing is being carried out. Your mind interrupts your concentration on such tasks when it is always jumping ahead of itself. With the clarity of quiet contemplation each day you will find that this does not happen. You will know that there is time for all things and you will know that each task has then been completed to the best of your ability. There is no need for the worry and forward-planning to make sure that you fit all of your tasks into the day. You know already what you must do in any given day and the tasks will often put themselves in order of importance if you let them provided you have taken the time out to clarify. The tasks that do not get done will be done in the time that is right for them to be done. Do not be so quick to fill your days with tasks for the sake of them. Take the proper time to free your mind and then you will know what it is that needs to be done. Accept help where it is offered and in return help those who are in need. The anthill will not run with only one ant and the ants work together, thus living in harmony and efficiency each helps the other. Nature is too often ignored as pretty but primitive and human beings see themselves as far advanced yet in their advancement they have also stepped back. There are many examples and lessons in the natural world of the way things could be if we worked together if we shared the tasks of living. This applies equally to all; there is no you and I - only we. We all have a responsibility to work together, whether we are on the Earth plane, or whether we are in spirit. The tasks are still there to be done. The time of contemplation would serve to unite the team by making each member more effective and the peace would be felt by all. This will not happen in a day; but if some start, others will follow and so it will spread. We reach out to you and you to us and then we can all function in the way that we should. We are all the links in the chain and it is a chain that is steadily growing. Words carry as much power oft-times as weapons and it is with words that a lasting peace must come. Not word is wasted with contemplation, and with careful choosing. And so the chain grows and the team strengthens and the tasks are done. All this from just a few minutes precious minutes each day in quiet contemplation with a quiet mind.
Til we meet again
